Some news from us! Longevity.Technology’s brand-new investment portal brings innovators and investors together.

As a part of our mission to support the companies that will form the longevity economy, we have created an investment portal to introduce longevity tech companies to VC funds, family offices, high net worth and sophisticated investors.

We are delighted to introduce our first investments deals; we have more deals coming online over the coming days/weeks:

  • Occuity: is targeting diabetes and Alzheimer’s Disease with a non-invasive eye-scanner;
  • iamYiam: has just closed its first workplace wellbeing deal for syd, its AI digital twin;
  • PCL Health: is just about to start a trial with the UK NHS for its aging-in-place technology.

Are you looking for early-stage investment?

Our straightforward process allows companies seeking pre-seed to Series A equity finance to complete a short fact-find and submit their decks to our platform. Our team will review your submission to gauge its appeal for our growing cohort of professional investors. Terms and conditions apply.

Although our first deals are UK-based, we are supporting businesses from outside the UK on the platform – we are dealing with US-based businesses in a slightly different way but we encourage companies that are fundraising to complete the 10-minute fact find and upload their deck.

We’ve added the questionnaire below just in case you’re in a hurry:

Investing in early-stage businesses involves risks, including illiquidity, lack of dividends, loss of investment and dilution, and it should be done only as part of a diversified portfolio. First Longevity is targeted exclusively at sophisticated investors who understand these risks and make their own investment decisions. Investment opportunities have not been approved as financial promotions and are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and you may not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). If you are in any doubt about the action you should take or the contents of any of the Financial Promotion received, you should contact your stockbroker, solicitor, accountant, bank manager or other professional adviser authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, who specialises in advising on bonds, shares and other securities, including unlisted securities. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. You should not rely on any past performance as a guarantee of future investment performance.  Tax relief depends on an individual’s circumstances and may change in the future. In addition, the availability of tax relief depends on the company invested in maintaining its qualifying status.
